Our practice uses the latest technology in digital computer imaging and image processing to provide you with digital simulation of the photographs we take of you in our office.
The process of ‘before and after’ simulation serves the purpose of altering your appearance on the computer screen. We encourage your participation and direct input on the types of changes you are seeking, and use simulated images to tailor your plan of care.
Digital computer simulation serves the primary purpose of providing visualization of the changes in your appearance, potentially attainable with proposed surgery. During simulation, we only show potentially realistic changes and do not over-simulate beyond what is possible. As a result, we have been able to meet many of our computerized predictions. However, we caution all of our patients that individual results may vary, as computer imaging cannot predict factors such as swelling, scarring, and healing.
