Dr. Mashkevich is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is an alumnus of Columbia and UCLA and is a member of several key societies in the field of plastic surgery.
Dr. Mashkevich is actively involved in teaching as a faculty member in the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery at the prestigious New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. He has also been recognized as one of “America’s Top Physicians” by the Consumer’s Research Council of America.

Dr. Mashkevich joined the division of Facial Plastic Surgery at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. He was named co-director of the Facial Paralysis & Rehabilitation Center, dedicated to providing care to patients suffering from facial paralysis.
